本產品專利設計，近十年市場使用經驗，集人性化需求、環保、安全、全球**先進技術為一體。主要針對波峰焊錫爐工作過程中產生的焊錫氧化物——錫渣，進行二次回收利用。此款設備適合離線獨立操作使用，可直接將收集好的錫渣投入，無需添加任何化學非化學物質，在直接通電情況下，機器預加熱到280度，就能徹底、有效的將錫渣中有用的焊錫回收回來，二次利用，達到節約焊錫使用量，節省成本的目的。
一、電控系統Electric control system:
1、采用TECHWAYSON進口PLC微電腦+溫度擴展模塊控制；

二、錫渣輸入系統Solder dross input system：
采用螺旋自動將碎錫渣輸入進攪拌區焊錫內部；

三、攪拌系統Stirring system：
1、攪拌區底錫容量：90KG，外加熱式融錫系統：使錫渣加熱均勻，升溫快,節約電能；

2、攪拌電機90W 220V 3P 采用蝸輪蝸桿傳動攪拌機構,更省力, 同時避免電機與高溫部件直接接觸；

3．特殊設計的攪拌機構，使錫渣均勻融解并實現一級粗分離；

分離出來的焊錫收集區：容量達15公斤,自動錫液位檢測,人工操作排放焊錫至成形模 ；

五、煙霧凈化系統Smoke purification system；
